Return & Exchange

Product(s) can be exchange within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, and packing should be in its original condition with invoice attached. Products bought on sale are NOT eligible for exchange. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings therefore products are not eligible for exchange for this particular reason. Furthermore, Nidafatimaz does not offer return for any of its products.

Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

  • Product size of full priced items can be exchanged (if stock is available) by sending the product back to us via a local courier service within 7 days from the delivery date. In this case the return courier charge will not be borne by Nidafatimaz.
  • Exchange for another item is applicable for full priced products only by sending the product back to us via a local courier service within 7 days from the delivery date. In this case any additional cost on top of the item and the courier charges will have to be paid by the customer.
  • We offer free pick up services for items if a wrong product or defected item was delivered. Claim period for these issues is 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the replacement process time for pickup and delivery can take up to 3 weeks’ time depending upon the availability of the item. 
  • We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer send the item back unless requested by our representative.
  • Items on Sale cannot be Exchanged/Returned.

International Orders

  • We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders. In case of any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to the customer.
  • The customer should notify discrepancy within 7 days of the online order being delivered. Nidafatimaz will not cater any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.
  • Items on Sale cannot be Exchanged/Returned.
