We offer shipping services across Pakistan via TCS. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Q. What if the product color varies?
Nidafatimaz guarantees that the product descriptions and images displayed on this website are precise and realistic. Although we strive to ensure that colors and styles in the photographs accurately represent the actual products, slight variations may occur due to image and photographic processing limitations. Therefore, Nidafatimaz does not hold responsibility for minor differences in color or style.

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.
Q. Can I return the product?
We do not accept returns.
Q. How do I track my order?
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email. You can log on to TCS website for local order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track your order.
Q. What if my merchandise is damaged?
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.
